key responsibilities:
sales strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
team leadership: recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team, including setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback.
sales planning: create sales forecasts, budgets, and plans. monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
customer relationship management: cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and major accounts. ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
market analysis: stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
sales process optimization: continuously review and improve the sales process, sales methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
sales training: provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
reporting: prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

qualifications:
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
