QUALITY CONTROL KNOWLEDGE FOR MACHINE SHOP, QMS DOCUMENTATION KNOWLEDGE MUST REQUIRED, QUALITY HEAD ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the QC Department of any chemical related industry. Also, candidates who have knowledge about working of GC/GC-MS will be preferred- Should be aware of all laboratory procedures to conduct- Strong Mathematical skills are expected.- Updating management on a regular basis for daily updates.- Must be able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi & English.- Must have good english drafting skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft office is expected.

Devise and review specifications for products or processes Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliersand monitor their compliance. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidanceand feedback. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations fromquality standards Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. Approve the right products or reject defectives. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirementsare met. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
