Supportive role in monitoring of PPAP Part . Collect Grain flow sample & PFD,CP,PFMEA and supportive document as per Customer requirement.

Participate in making and reviewing of QMS documents . Procedure, SOP, work Instruction etc.

Ensure All Instruments which is used for inspection will be calibrated .

Ensure to display Updated document online .

Training provides to all Quality supervisor & Inspector about Customer requirement .

Monitoring weight data and updated as per monthly basis.

Supportive documents make if any required from Customer

To make rejection PPT monthly wise & get CAPA from concern person if required.

To Make Report for Grain Flow & Crack sample

To Make plan For IQA, Process audit and done actual.
