Job Title: Inventory ManagerIndustry: Label Stock / Packaging / PrintingLocation: Rai SonipatExperience: Minimum 5-10 years in a similar role, preferably in label stock or packaging industryJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store & Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the entire inventory and store operations for our label stock production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of raw materials and finished goods, and implementing best practices in inventory control.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or software-based). Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material planning and availability. Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued (GRN, issue slips, etc.). Monitor stock levels and place reorders in a timely manner. Implement FIFO (First in First Out) and maintain traceability of label stock rolls and materials. Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Prepare and share inventory reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis with management. Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement in the store area. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management Proficiency in Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.) Good organizational and leadership skills Understanding of label stock material types and handling methods Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teamsQualification: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Certification in Inventory or Store Management will be a plus
