Candidates must have strong communication skills in both languages, and English typing is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.Resolve customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers.Meet daily/weekly performance targets and service levels.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.Requirements:Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.Typing proficiency in English is required.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a voice process is an advantage.Shift Timing:11 AM to 8 PM (Rotational shift)Salary:Freshers: 27,000 CTCExperienced: 30,000 CTCBenefits: Cab service available for pick-up and drop.
