Mathnix Advertising is #hiring for Affiliate Managers - CPL/ CPA/CPS and Business Development Associate Profiles.The ideal candidate will oversee both demand & supply in this role where he/she will handle the end to end engagement with the publishers , manage both domestic as well as international delivery of CPL/CPA/CPS campaigns. He should be able to think critically & analytically while making plans & have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible to identify the potential and direct campaigns.2. Manage domestic as well as international delivery of CPL/CPS/CPA Campaigns3. Manage end to end communication with Advertisers as well as Publishers.4. On-boarding & managing affiliates, ensuring meeting of advertising KPIs and publisher expectations.5. Handle publisher engagement and retention.6. Co-ordinate with the client servicing and cross-functional team to ensure the seamless campaign delivery.7. Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best results.8. Generating monthly, weekly reports of the delivered campaigns.9. Experience of driving substantial revenue through CPL/CPS/CPA models10 . Dealing with Direct Publishers to promote campaigns on CPL/CPA basis.10. Good understanding of CPL/CPA/CPS model of operations.Requirements:1. Should have 0-2 yrs. of experience in CPL/CPS/CPA Delivery.(Freshers also can apply)2.
