Position for PS and MS group Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data
Handle key accounts and assist with complex negotiations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
