This involves negotiating rates with carriers, scheduling shipments, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for clientsSchedule and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of goodsTrack shipments to monitor progress and ensure on-time deliveryResolve any issues that may arise during transit, including delays, damages, and other unforeseen eventsCommunicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their shipments and address any concerns or questions they may haveMaintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
