Purpose of the Job: To plan and achieve business targets in the area of productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activation etc. Take responsibility for scanning the market for emerging opportunities. To devise and implement sales strategy to promote the productivity of the field force. To promote customer-centric culture among both staff and field force.Job Profile Key Responsibilities: Responsible for quality team development and playing an important role in expanding the market Building Distribution Network: Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS. Productivity & Activation: To manage productivity and activation of the Advisors within the team. To promote productivity of the field force. Establish good working habits for the force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize specialized training programs. Recruitment of Advisors to ensure growth and productivity. Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target. Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion% etc Managing accurate maintenance & updating database. Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any Field / Banking / Insurance/ Education or Any other sales.

Will be posted at Zonal Office. Candidates should be good in Microsoft excel & word. Should co-ordinate with branches and willing to do marketing.

Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Need Freshers /Experienced on Urgent basis !1. Sound knowledge about Life Insurance Sales.2.Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills3.Interest in banking sales / field sales4.Excellent communication skills.5.Should be sales driven.6.High level of energy.
