We are looking for a dedicated Loan Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in the finance sector to join our team in Noida Sector 10. The ideal candidate should be a female with a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.As a Loan Executive, your key responsibilities will include:- Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their loan requirements, provide information about various loan products, and guide them through the application process.- Loan Processing: Assist in processing loan applications by collecting necessary documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on their application status and resolve any queries or concerns they may have.- Listing and Reporting: Document all client interactions and loan applications, and report on performance metrics to management as needed.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Attention to detail is essential for handling documentation accurately and efficiently. Understand andassess customer needs to offer suitable loan solutions.3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics.4. Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete loan applications and ensure all documentation is collectedand processed. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for loan transactions.5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, market trends, and industry regulations. Provideclear and accurate information to customers.6. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner. Follow up withcustomers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. Participate in teammeetings and training sessions.8.
