Role & Responsibilities :
1. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers. Provide accurate information about
loan products, eligibility, terms, and application processes.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand and
assess customer needs to offer suitable loan solutions.
3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics.
4. Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete loan applications and ensure all documentation is collected
and processed. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for loan transactions.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, market trends, and industry regulations. Provide
clear and accurate information to customers.
6. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner. Follow up with
customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. Participate in team
meetings and training sessions.
8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to
management.
