role & responsibilities :
1. inbound calls: handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers. provide accurate information about
loan products, eligibility, terms, and application processes.
2. customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with customers. understand and
assess customer needs to offer suitable loan solutions.
3. sales targets: achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. track and report on sales performance metrics.
4. documentation and compliance: accurately complete loan applications and ensure all documentation is collected
and processed. adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for loan transactions.
5. product knowledge: stay informed about the latest loan products, market trends, and industry regulations. provide
clear and accurate information to customers.
6. customer service: address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner. follow up with
customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. team collaboration: collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. participate in team
meetings and training sessions.
8. reporting: prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to
management.
