Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per monthJob description: ONLY CS dropoutPosition: Company Secretary We are seeking a dropout CS with strong knowledge of company law, secretarial compliance, and corporate governance to support our Company Secretary / Legal team. The candidate will assist in ensuring statutory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and filing ROC forms and returns (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, etc.)Maintain statutory registers, minutes books, and compliance records.Support in drafting board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes.Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulators as needed.Help in annual filings, incorporation of companies, and share transfers.Ensure compliance with FEMA, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks (as applicable).Research amendments to corporate laws and prepare compliance updates.Handle basic corporate documentation and record management.Required Qualifications:Passed CS Executive or partly completed Professional program, orDropped out after completing substantial part of CS training.Bachelors degree in Commerce / Law / Business Administration preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and related regulations.Proficiency in MCA21 portal and ROC filings.Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills.Good attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with compliance management tools (if applicable).Experience:0-3 years of experience in a CA / CS firm, corporate secretarial department, or legal compliance role.Connect with employer for this opportunity via e-mail bhawna@consilioresources.com orCall - +91 9910087640
