THE ROLE

The firm is currently seeking a Senior Legal Secretary to support a Senior Partner in litigation matters. Daily responsibilities may include:

Database management

Drafting and revising documents

Managing billings

Interacting with clients

Handling correspondence and organising files

Coordinating bookings and meetings

Transcribing dictation

Managing schedules and appointments

Recording time entries

THE CANDIDATE

Ability to work full-time in the office

Minimum 5 years experience in a legal secretary role, with exposure to litigation matters

Proficiency in billing and document management systems

Meticulous attention to detail

Enthusiasm and motivation

Strong verbal and written communication skills
