Description Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branched Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff. Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads from territory. Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities DSR & LMS input. Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.Skill & Knowledge required Should be presentable with good communication skills. Should be good at relationship building/management. Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills. Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products. Local navigation skills of Present city. Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.

To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store. Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases. Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock. Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards. Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned. Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers. Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge. Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product. Handle customer queries effectively. Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift. Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations. Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the store. Other duties as assigned by the superior.
