The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing skilled candidates through on-ground channels, developing partnerships with institutions, and coordinating dealer training programs across regions like Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (AP & TS).________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Tie-ups1. New Dealer Recruitmento Identify and on board potential new two-wheeler dealerships.o Ensure compliance with eligibility and operational standards.2. Live Dealer Recruitmento Organize and attend recruitment events, walk-ins, and demos.o Conduct live interactions/interviews to shortlist candidates.3. Institutional Tie-ups (State-wise)o Partner with ITIs, vocational colleges, and training centers.o Sign MOUs to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.4. Trade Association Collaboration (AP & TS)o Engage with local trade associations and chambers.o Tap into skilled talent pools and improve brand visibility.5. Placement Partnershipso Maintain dealership tie-ups for regular intake and placements.o Update and manage placement calendars as per dealership demand.________________________________________ Training & Development Coordination6. Dealer Training Facilitationo Plan and coordinate batch-wise dealer training sessions (online/offline).o Ensure participation and delivery of content on product, CRM, and customer handling.7. Association-Based Trainingo Liaise with associations to schedule and conduct certified training programs.8. Content Feedback Loopo Gather feedback from the field and work with subject matter experts to refine training materials.9. Skill Contests & Workshopso Organize technician skill contests and workshops at the state or regional level.o Promote hands-on learning and motivation through competitive events.________________________________________Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred: HR, Marketing, or Automotive). 24 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in automotive or technical domains. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions. Knowledge of the two-wheeler market (EV/IC) and service operations is a plus. Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) is advantageous.________________________________________KPIs / Performance Metrics: Number of dealerships recruited & on boarded.
