Job Description Forming and maintaining employee records. Updating databases internally, such as leaves. Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and Onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
