**Job Description: HR Assistant (6 Hours Job)** **Position:** HR Assistant (Part-Time, Permanent Work From Home) **Working Days:** 5 days a week **Working Hours:** 4 to 6 hours per day### **Salary:**- **During Probation:** 6,000 per month + Incentive - **After Probation:** 10,000 per month + Incentive### **Job Summary:**We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to Assist me in our HR Hiring Task. This is a permanent work-from-home position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and will be expected to work 4 to 6 hours a day, five days a week. The role does not involve sales or targets.### **Key Responsibilities:**- Assist with employee Calls and Feedbacks.- Maintain and update records.- Support in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.- Coordinate HR-related tasks, including Calls, Follow-Ups, Interview Scheduling and Document Collection.- Support in organizing virtual meetings.- Other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.### **Required Skills and Qualifications:**- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Fluent in English with excellent command over grammar and professional tone.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a remote environment.### **Desired Skills:**- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred but Not Mandatory).- Knowledge of HR software or tools (a plus).### **Working Conditions:**- This is a permanent work-from-home position.- Flexible working hours, with a minimum commitment of 4-6 hours

Handling End to End Recruitment from junior to senior level from sourcing of candidates to release of offer letter.Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels like: Internal Databank, Job Portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), Social Networking Site (Facebook), Smart Recruitment Techniques etc.Candidates assessment against appropriated criteria.Screen & Filtering Resume & Candidates for Open positions like: relevant Skills, Education, Experience, Preferred Location, and Reason for Change, Expected CTC etc.Execute pre-screening and telephonic interviews for junior, middle, leadership level positionsCold calls to suitable candidates.Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market.Post Job to appropriate job portals.Following up with candidates for reply, interview date, joining etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to 250,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
