World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Transformation Partner with VP - Operations to develop and execute the sites WCM roadmap. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etc.). Identify productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction opportunities. Build a high-performance, continuous improvement culture across the plant. Benchmark against industry best practices and implement gap closure plans.5. Systems & Process Improvement Drive standard work, process discipline, and operational governance.
