Opening For Production Supervisor (Furniture Industry)

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor for our furniture manufacturing facility in Corlim, Goa. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a passion for overseeing production processes to ensure high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production activities: Manage and coordinate the production team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

- Maintain quality standards: Ensure that all furniture products meet quality specifications by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

- Optimize production processes: Identify areas for improvement in workflow and implement changes to enhance productivity while minimizing waste.

- Train and mentor staff: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and ensuring best practices are followed.

- Manage inventory: Monitor raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to meet production demands.

Required Skills and Expectations:
