Opening For Manufacturing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production processes in Changi. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 11 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Production Oversight**: Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.

- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials needed for production.

Required skills and expectations include having strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control. The successful candidate will possess problem-solving abilities, work well under pressure, and have a commitment to continuous improvement. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. The position requires a full-time commitment with work conducted from the office.
