Job Description

Supplier Development Manager

Experience: 10-14 Years

Location: Chennai

We are hiring a Supplier Development Manager to drive supplier capability, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement across the automotive supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and improve automotive supplier performance.

Drive supplier quality, productivity, cost, and delivery improvements.

Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments.

Lead supplier development and corrective action initiatives.

Work with suppliers on APQP, PPAP, process improvement, and quality standards.

Identify supplier risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

Track supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement programs.
