We are hiring an Industrial Engineering Manager to drive manufacturing efficiency, process optimization, productivity improvement, and industrial engineering initiatives across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead industrial engineering and process improvement initiatives.

Analyze production processes, manpower, capacity, and cycle times.

Drive productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization projects.

Develop and improve work standards, layouts, line balancing, and capacity planning.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

Monitor productivity KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Lead and mentor the industrial engineering team.
