OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in selling Home/Office Furniture or interior products such as wooden flooring, wallpaper, air conditioners, aluminium doors & windows, and related items. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into successful sales.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Furniture & Interior Products to walk-in customers, corporate clients, and project customers.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (furniture, flooring, wallpaper, AC units, aluminium doors/windows, etc.).Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.Conduct site visits, when required, for measurements or product demonstrations.Coordinate with the installation/technical team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.Participate in promotional events, product displays, and showroom management.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to thefurniture manufacturing industry. Establish quality standards and metrics for all stages of production, from rawmaterials to finished products. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, non-conformances, andareas for improvement. Collaborate with production managers to resolve quality issues promptly andimplement corrective actions. Train and educate staff on quality control measures and best practices. Monitor and analyze quality performance data to drive continuous improvementinitiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related tofurniture manufacturing. Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints related toproduct quality. Manage the quality assurance budget and resources effectively. Stay informed about new developments and trends in quality management andfurniture manufacturing technologies.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field;Masters degree preferred. Proven experience (X years) as a Quality Head or similar role in the furnituremanufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in furnitureproduction. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of quality and continuousimprovement. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Paint Shop Operations Management:o Plan, organize, and oversee all activities within the paint shop, includingsurface preparation, paint mixing, application, drying, and curing processes.o Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines while maintaininghigh standards of quality and efficiency.2. Quality Assurance and Control:o Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspection procedures toensure consistent and flawless paint finishes.o Monitor paint application techniques, thickness, color consistency, andadherence to customer specifications and quality standards.3. Equipment and Facility Maintenance:o Oversee maintenance and upkeep of paint shop equipment, including spraybooths, paint guns, drying ovens, and ventilation systems.o Schedule regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimizedowntime and ensure operational efficiency.4.
