Urgent Requirement For Production Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor with 6 to 12 years of experience to oversee daily operations at our production facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Production Process: Manage daily production activities to ensure they are completed on time and efficiently while meeting quality standards.

2. Supervise Staff: Lead and train production workers, providing guidance and support to improve performance and ensure a safe working environment.

3. Maintain Quality Control: Monitor production outputs to guarantee they meet established quality standards, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

4. Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.

5. Implement Safety Procedures: Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and conduct regular safety audits.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards. A solid understanding of production processes and the ability to solve problems as they arise are crucial. Candidates must have a proactive attitude and be able to work well under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
