Production Head - Full Time

Production Manager responsibilities include:

• Hands-on experience with production management and collaborate with employees to deliver.

• Learning how to operate different machines and processes involved with production.

• Learn on the job regarding the best practices in the industry.

• Exposure to the production industry and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.

• Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.

• Ensure Daily MIS to Reporting Leader

• Ensure Compliance of production planning as per AFG provided by PPC

• APP-Advance Production planning READINESS for all value streams as per Capacity

• ENSURE Daily Plan vs Actual>98% with respect to declared capacity

• Ensure OEE>80%

• Declaration of Actual must be accurate

• Daily WIP submission to PPC from all value streams.

• Ensure Multiskilling

• Ensure KAIZEN Submission

• Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.

• Resolve any Manufacturing problem that occurs.

• Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units.

• Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensure that they are stocked.

• Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld.

• Approve regular maintenance work.

• Capacity Analysis

• Respect the policies and standards of the company.

Requirements

• Mech/Diploma Mech

• Prior experience of Production systems

• In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.

• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.

• Basic computer skill and with software like MS Office.

• Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.

• Conscientious and responsible

• A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
