Desired candidate profile and Job Description Good communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the native language. Excellent lead generation and conversion skills, ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work successfully as a part of a team. High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a required Android/ iOS version, mandatory 2-wheeler and valid license. Exception for: 1. Female candidates who are applying under Electronic Vehicle Loan category. 2. Both male and female candidates from Assam, Kolkata and Mumbai. Eligibility Criteria 1. The required age between 21-28 yrs & full-time graduate with minimum 50% marks. 2. The required age for candidates appearing for campus program is between 19-28 years. 3. Candidates appearing for training and assessment during the 6th semester, can join post submission of the degree certificate. 4. You should not have any relatives working with Axis Bank or in the Future Bankers Program. 5. You should not have any pending legal cases in any court of law. 6. You should be ready to field sales and generate market leads. 7. Based on the availability of open positions at branch. Job Description 1. Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers. 2. Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity. 3. Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products. 4. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis. 5. Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.) post joining. 6. Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time. 7. Daily entry of interaction with customers in banks CRM system. 8. Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity. 9. Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank. Requirement Pan India. 1. This is 100% field work and onrolls of bank.2. Quality acquisition of current account & saving account of customers by going into the market catchment area.3. Ensure quality sourcing of customers by selling different products like Demat account, credit card, loans, FD, RD, Insurance etc.
