Role Overview:The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end sales including retail sales, e-commerce, and distribution channels. This role demands a strategic thinker, go-getter with hands-on execution capabilities who can drive sales, nurture store customers, and long-term profitability.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement strategies for sales growth across all channelsretail, online, and distribution. Sales & Channel Management:Drive revenue through performance tracking, dealer/distributor network expansion, and strategic partnerships. Retail & E-Commerce Operations:Oversee daily operations of both physical and digital storefronts, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless logistics. Team Leadership:Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high performance across sales, operations, customer service, and marketing. Inventory & Supply Chain:Manage inventory planning, inputs to management on procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and efficient turnover. Marketing & Brand Development:Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives that support brand visibility and sales. P&L Management:Take ownership of the sales profit and loss. Market Expansion:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new product lines, store locations, or regional growth areas.________________________________________Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in SALES, Store operations, or sales rolespreferably in automobile retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods. Strong understanding of Indian retail and distribution ecosystems. Proven experience in scaling sales. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for motorsports or lifestyle brands. Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on, and fast-paced environment. Experienced Off roader will be preferred.
