As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and establishing strong customer relationships. You will be required to travel within Agra, India to meet with potential clients and promote our products/services.Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers through cold calling and networking, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to the sales team.The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the same industry. A 12th pass education is required for this role. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets consistently. As this is a male-gender specific role, the candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within Agra. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home.
