We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. As a Tele Caller, your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products or services. You must have good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel to maintain call logs and customer databases. Additionally, you should possess motivating skills to engage customers and ensure effective communication. Prior experience in the voice process or international BPO will be an advantage. Strong presentation skills are essential for delivering information clearly and persuasively. As a Tele Caller, you will provide voice support and must have excellent computer skills to navigate systems and provide accurate information to customers. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office. We are looking for a female candidate who is a 12th pass and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
