Person will be responsible for finding leads using online resources and calling them to sell subscriptions to our software. Must be comfortable with Gujrati, Hindi and English depending on customer's preference. Must maintain the data of all leads, calling, follow up status etc. Must be patient and polite while talking on phone Must be comfortable writing short emails when needed

We want to hire high-quality telecalling staff for our valuable customers. The candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi and should also take care of the data provided by the company. Additionally, they should be able to search for data from Google and other sources.

HNI Client on call handle inbound/outbound Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company. Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts. Obtaining clients information and other relevant data. Interrogation to the clients and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the services. Making records of the leads. Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.
