The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Required skills include good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The candidate must be a 12th pass and have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a female candidate who is willing to work full-time from the office.

Pleasing personality with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage. Excellent knowledge of the English language Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
