Quicksense Innovations is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside SalesExecutive to drive sales growth for our home automation and electrical products. The idealcandidate should have strong communication skills,a proven track record in sales closing,and experience in handling B2B/B2C sales inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convertleads into customers. Develop strong relationships with clients and provide customized product solutions.Conduct follow-ups on potential leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals. Ensure smooth coordination with the operations and technical teams for order fulfillment. Maintain and update the sales database, CRM records, and customer interactions.Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance sales.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 3 year of experience in sales closing (Home Automation or similar productbackground preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.Experience in handling B2B/B2C sales and working with CRM tools.

- Maintain relationships with current clients and acquire new clients according to market trends, applying these strategies in the field.- Engage in negotiations with clients to foster business growth and enhance brand recognition.- Generate leads by utilizing phone calls, meetings, LinkedIn, and similar tools.- Demonstrate initiative and be prepared to travel locally or regionally as required.

Create awareness of and develop the brand- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions- Source and secure sponsorship- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)- Good Communication- Willing to go for on-site meetings with clients- Candidates with previous work experience in Food and Beverage industry will be preferred
