You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about the company's commercial/residential real estate projects, and generating leads. This role involves communicating professionally and persuasively to encourage prospects to consider the commercial properties for lease or purchase, scheduling meetings or site visits, and maintaining strong follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: o Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients daily. o Contact businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate entities who may be interested in commercial/residential real estate projects (offices, retail spaces, warehouses, 2/3/4/5 BHK flats,etc.). o Respond to inbound calls or inquiries generated by online campaigns and advertisements. 2. Lead Generation: o Identify prospective clients by researching databases, social media, and company provided leads. o Generate qualified leads for the sales team by understanding client requirements and pitching the right project. o Maintain a lead database and ensure its up-to-date with contact details and interaction history. 3. Client Interaction & Information Sharing: o Provide detailed information about the companys commercial/residential projects (locations, specifications, amenities, pricing, etc.). o Answer inquiries about property availability, pricing, and commercial/ residential project features. o Address initial concerns and objections from prospective clients with clarity and professionalism. 4. Scheduling Appointments: o Coordinate and schedule appointments, site visits, and follow-up meetings for the sales team. o Keep clients informed about promotional offers, discounts, or new project launches. 5.
