Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales is required, with demonstrated expertise in managing telesales/chat processes within a fast-paced B2C environment. Proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance telesales teams, managing 30-40 team members or large teams. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Prior experience in the same industry, such as cosmetics or e-commerce, is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of eco-friendly and wellness products is a plus.
