we are looking for a skilled and motivated team leader to join our inside sales team at the

wellness shop. as a team leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring excellent

customer service. you will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives,

motivating them to achieve their targets, and providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

responsibilities:

 lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and kpis.

 provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills

and product knowledge.

 monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve performance.

 develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.

 handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

 maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

 motivate and inspire team members to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional

customer service.

 stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

requirements:

 a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales is required, with demonstrated expertise

in managing telesales/chat processes within a fast-paced b2c environment.

 proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance telesales teams,

managing 30-40 team members or large teams.

 proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

 multilingual capabilities are a plus.

 prior experience in the same industry, such as cosmetics or e-commerce, is preferred.

 excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 ability to motivate and inspire team members.

 detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

 knowledge of eco-friendly and wellness products is a plus.
