The Executive Assistant we are in need of will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for supporting the planning, administration, communication, reporting and following up the needs of the Managing Director undertaking a variety of tasks to support his vision, strategy and tactics. You are responsible for filtering and triaging inbound communications in line with business objectives and priorities working with other departments to ensure on-time execution.

Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; ; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managers working life and communication.Note: Travel and Stay out is MUST
