Responsibilities: Making calls to potential customers to explain the companys products & services. Maintaining daily call records & submitting daily progress reports. Provide help and support to customers through getting them to meet the right people at office. Generate leads or close sales, depending on the targets. Check-in with existing clients about their interests in upcoming projects. Branch out and find potential customers through tele calling work. Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling.Skills needed: Strong communication skills and command of the Kannada/English/Hindi Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar roleData entry skills to complement the tele calling workExpectations from the ideal candidate:Able to hold a conversation with a potential client politely, more of a listener Honest, humble and quick learnerOpen to work on weekends and holidays

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
