We distribute products that makes the life easier, increase the incomes of shop owners and have collectively improved the lives of over 1 million end users.We are hiring for the role of HR at Bangalore, Karnataka location.Designation:Senior Executive - HR / Lead - HRWork Location:Annaswamy Mudaliar Road (Near Halasuru Lake)Job Description:Sourcing and screening potential candidates from portals and other sources.Conduct interviews & provide necessary inputs during the hiring process.Monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal letter, etc.Leave and Attendance management of the employees in HR Portal.Manage employee engagement programs, initiatives and participation.Identify issues and address queries and grievances of employees in a timely manner.Update statutory compliance records (ESIC and PF).Furnish the MIS data or reports on time with accuracy.Skills required:Good communications skills.Minimum 2 years experience in HR domain.Graduate in Human Resources or relevant degree.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong in recruitment processes and platforms.Excellent interpersonal skills to stay connected with employees at all levels.
