Talk to candidate to understand whether candidate is suitable for the Client company and to understand whether company can meet candidates aspiration.7. Send SMS/Email to the candidate who were not reachable on call and follow them up the next day.8. Coordinating with the reporting Managers for the scheduling Technical round and Counseling managers on candidate Negotiating on compensation and benefits
