We are looking for a highly skilled and confident female professional to handle international inquiries and sales operations related to aluminium scrap trading.Key Responsibilities:-Handle and respond to B2B international inquiries-Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers-Coordinate export documentation and shipping process-Follow up on leads and close international deals-Ensure client satisfaction and timely communicationRequirements:-Proven experience in international trade/sales (preferably in metals or scrap but necessary )-Strong communication and negotiation skills in English ( IMP skill )-Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and logistics-Smart, professional, and self-motivatedbetter if you have :- Experience in aluminium or non-ferrous metal industry ( others)- Fluent in additional languages is a plus

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for communication with international clients, managing export processes, coordinating international sales activities, and developing new business opportunities in the international market. Exporters should seriously consider having the freight forwarder handle the formidable amount of documentation that exporting requires; freight forwarders are specialists in this process. The following documents are commonly used in exporting; which of them are actually used in each case depends on the requirements of both our government and the government of the importing country.

Job Description: 1. Preparing Pre-shipment and Post shipment Documentation.2. Preparing Sample Documentation, tracking and follow-up with marketing team3. Coordination with Freight Forwarder and CHA regarding Container booking, availability, vessel schedule, shipping bill filing, BL, and other documentation.4. Follow-up with Plant regarding goods preparation, packaging, stuffing schedule etc.5. Preparing product labels, arranging samples for lab testing etc.6. Coordination with marketing executive regarding approval of export draft copies from buyer7. Contacting to Pest Control Agency for container fumigation, completing E-sealing process, E-way bill etc.8. Collection of all documents timely, arranging courier pick-up and updating tracking details to concern person.9. Payment Confirmation from accounts, completing BRC and filling returns of APEDA, Spice board, GST etc.10. Preplanning for all certificate renewals and audits on time and completing the procedure. Proper coordination with Certification Bodies. 11. Keeping records of all export shipments

Knowledge/ Skills/ Attitude:-1. Fluent in English - Read, Write and speak 2. Should be proactive and self-starter 3. Having a basic Knowledge of International Commercial terms4. Understanding or interest in world geography, culture and habits5. Ready to learn as per time zone for allowed country (may be 1-2 hour early or late depending on the country) 6. If possible - should know any foreign language even if not fluent (this is not compulsory)Duties to be learn and perform:-1. Finding online prospect for Automobile industry, Solar application, UPS and Inverter2. Doing follow up for orders.3. Manage complete order Cycle.4. Maintain repeat orders.5. Follow up for payment.Preferred : Smart with Good IQ & Fluency in English

Must be 5+ years of management experience in sales and be from freight forwarding in the region. Responsible for all sales and business development duties including calling on account to increase revenue and profit. ocean & air freight sales experience highly preferred.

1. Taking rates for containersfrom 6-7 forwarders empanelled by the company2. Getting booking for the lowest quotes received from the forwarder. IF possible do direct business with the shipping line.3. Give the booking copy and delivery copy to transporter. Check for any damage on the container before loading the container from the storage yard of the container.4. Co-ordinate the loading and dispatch of the container with the factory manager.5. Prepare the post shipment documents like commercial invoice, bill of lading draft, packing list, fumigation certificate,chamber of commerce, transit insurance and send the draft to the customer for approval.6. For lc based shipments, check all the lc based points microscopically and prepare the documents accordingly.7. Approved documents to be presented to the bank for negotiation and courier.8. Track the containers on the shipping line website for the sailing and the eta at the destination port regularly.9. Learn how to use ODEX and VGM online system by your ownself.
