Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.6. Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.7. Manage promotions, offers, and product catalog updates.8. Ensure accurate inventory updates and product availability.9. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.10.
