**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Manage and maintain online sales operations across e-commerce platforms.

2. Upload and update product listings with descriptions, pricing, and specifications.

3. Coordinate with production and inventory teams for stock management.

4. Monitor order processing, dispatch status, and customer deliveries.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

6. Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

7. Manage promotions, offers, and product catalog updates.

8. Ensure accurate inventory updates and product availability.

9. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.

10. Maintain records and improve online sales performance.

**Required Skills:**

* Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

* Strong MS Excel and computer knowledge

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Knowledge of inventory and order management systems

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred:**

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Shopify, or other B2B/B2C platforms will be preferred.
