The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and converting inquiries into sales. The executive builds strong customer relationships, handles objections, promotes offers, and ensures customer satisfaction. They are expected to meet sales targets, maintain customer records, and follow up post-sale to encourage repeat business. Strong communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of 12K to 20K.Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on customer leads. Understand customer needs and buying behavior. Present and explain products or services clearly. Build trust and engage customers effectively. Handle objections and close sales successfully. Promote offers, upsell, and cross-sell products. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and maintain sales records.Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 0 - 3+ Year of Experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
