Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingGreet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.2. Sales & Revenue GenerationActively promote and sell jewelry products to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to enhance the overall shopping experience.Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives to drive store footfall and sales.3. Product Knowledge & PresentationMaintain in-depth knowledge of the stores product range, including materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and certifications.Clearly explain product features, quality standards, and after-sales services to customers.Ensure proper handling and display of jewelry items to maintain store aesthetics and product integrity.4. Inventory Management & Stock ControlAssist in inventory tracking and stocktaking processes.Report low stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely replenishment.Ensure all items are properly tagged and stored in accordance with store policies.5. Operational ComplianceAdhere to all security protocols to minimize risk and ensure the safety of merchandise and personnel.Follow billing, cash handling, and documentation procedures with accuracy and integrity.Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations, including quality and authenticity standards.6. After-Sales SupportProvide guidance on jewelry maintenance, care, and warranty services.Address customer concerns, returns, and repairs professionally and efficiently.Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.7.
