About the Role

We are looking for Loan Counselors to evaluate, authorize loan applications for our students. You

will act as a liaison between students & loan servicer and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. You should be driven, self-motivated and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while impacting careers via helping students in funding their education through our various loan partners. You ll work closely with top school graduates, ex-McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Byju, Paytm employees to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What you will do

Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require a loan

Develop a strong pipeline of new Students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting

Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact delinquent borrowers and advise them of their repayment responsibility and options
