Roles and Responsibilities:- Recruitment Complete knowledge on hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions. Complete Knowledge on hiring process of labour workers skilled, unskilled, Machine operators and technical staff. Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions. Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations. Knowledge on Complete statutory and legal operation as per factory act, factory compliances and state regulatory Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Handle and Maintain payroll management plan and benefits program Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy Knowledge on handing complete Administrative work within and outside factory. Knowledge on conducting audits and handling the departmental work. Skills required:- 10th & 12th from CBSE Qualification- MBA ( HR)
