Liaise with RBI, Banks, and key stakeholders on various RBI compounding matters. Funding Raising and M&A: Handle secretarial matters related to funding raising and mergers & acquisitions. Secretarial & FEMA Due Diligence: Conduct secretarial and FEMA due diligence for various transactions. Stamp Duty & Sub-Registrar Matters: Proficiency in handling stamp duty and sub-registrar matters. Leadership and Management: Demonstrate leadership and management skills to effectively lead and manage the team.
