Looking For Production Manager

Responsibilities:

— Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet client deadlines.

— Supervise & guide 15+ blue-collar workers, fostering productivity and morale.

— Maintain quality assurance standards and resolve product defects.

— Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.

— Prepare production reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

— Responsible for achieving production targets with improve the productivity

— Ensure effective inventory management and procurement coordination.

— Conduct worker training sessions for skills enhancement and safety adherence.

Requisite Skills:

— Experience in Crane Mfg Company preferred

— Proven experience in managing production teams and heavy machinery operations.

Education:

— Mechanical engineer/Diploma or Production Engineer
