Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy, annual budget, and offline marketing plans for PEB products, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition for different segments (factories, warehouses, sheds, etc.).
Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and on‑ground promotions, ensuring alignment with business targets and budget constraints.
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, channel partners, consultants, contractors, and architects to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Own a designated zone or sector, actively identify opportunities, generate enquiries, and coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams to prepare compelling proposals and quotations.
Participate in client site visits, conduct follow‑ups, provide basic proposal support, and ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.
Support campaign execution, product samples, collateral creation, and customer database management, maintaining a clean, updated lead and customer repository.
Conduct market research on PEB industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, and use insights to refine positioning, pricing, and promotions.
Prepare and update promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, case studies, and digital content that highlight PEB advantages.
Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics to measure ROI and make data‑backed recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with project delivery, timelines, and client expectations.
Requirements:
./ or MBA in Marketing; 5-10 years in construction/PEB marketing, expertise in offline channel tools (CRM, analytics), strong communication, and industry networking skills.
