Store Assistant Manager

Description of Job Responsibilities

Supervision of RM,PM loading & unloading

Primary inspection of RM & PM

Cleaning & Weight verification of RM& PM

Preparation of GRN , Sampling requisition & Quarantine label

Co-ordinate with QC for sampling & cleaning of sampling room of RM & PM

Storage & segregation of material as per their MSDS. Monitor & checking of day-to-day record . Weighing balance calibration & verification record, temperature & humidity record, Usage & cleaning record, Equipment cleaning record etc.

Coordinate with Engineering department to carry out preventive maintenance & calibration with in specific time line.

Maintain inventory , Physical stock verification of material, Handling of hazardous material, cGMP practices within the department .

Preparation of regulatory & statutory Audits & visits.

Preparations of departmental documentation like SOPs, work instructions, logbook, deviation, change control, training record ,incident etc.

Handling of IPQA observation, audit complains, change control, deviation etc.
